We started this small business serving our family and friends with a product we love, meat. As a teenager and well into my early adult life, I worked in one of the best butcher shops in my town. I learned what the best cuts of meat were and how to prep them for maximum customer satisfaction. Now, I am going back to my roots and bringing my son with me. We are bringing you what I’ve always loved, high quality meat.
